Born out of our frustration with not just rising costs, but excessive management charges, administration fees, and other hidden charges, we set up our block management division to create fairness and provide value for money for leaseholders…
We keep things simple by charging one fixed fee to manage your building, which covers everything from the day to day mangement, service charge collection, compliance and more.
We don’t charge additional fees such as a “Sales Pack”, add-on, and hidden commissions or administration fees. Whilst we still take a proactive approach towards service charge collection, we have a three-stage fairness approach that listens to you as a leaseholder and works with you to come to a solution for both parties.

Sales Pack
Block managers traditionally charge you for a sales pack when you sell your property that can cost hundreds of pounds. We don't - because we think it's unfair

Hidden Commission
Did you know some block managers will also get money from insurances and other works such as buildings insurance and major works, often hidden within the costs. We don't charge anything else above our management fee because we think this is fair

Administration Fees
We don't charge upfront administration fees such as for late payment and breach of lease, which most managing agents will typically gain extra revenue from. What we do instead is only collect any fees at the end of any enforcement action (for example from non-payment) - but we always take a fair approach to listen to leaseholders so hopefully it won't get to that stage.
