We keep things simple by charging one fixed monthly fee, which covers everything from finding a tenant, pre-tenancy due diligence*, check-in, deposit protection, and ongoing tenancy management and tenancy renewals.
We don’t charge additional tenant find fees, inventory fees, or any other hidden charges. This means whether there is a new tenant every month (Figuratively speaking) or every decade, you won’t pay more than the fixed monthly fee.

Our fixed fee covers find a tenant, tenancy checks and most of the day-to-day management. Additional third party costs are not included in the standard monthly fee. These include
- Reference/Credit check: £25 per tenant/guarantor/reference check
- Consent to Let (Leasehold properties): £60 if you require us to write to your landlord requesting a consent to let
- HMO/Selective Licensing Schemes: £350 if you require us to apply for a HMO/Selective licence
